The location was perfect for Punta Arenas, right next to the main square, shops, bus station, and many restaurants. the room was new-fashioned and had an updated bathroom and Wifi. the rooftop restaurant served excellent dishes.

I had neat new-fashioned room with spectacular view and comfortable bed plus Wifi. The nice location close to a bus stop was just what I needed. It was very close to Punta Arenas downtown.

The building is very very good and the rooms are modern and enjoyable with comfortable bed, panoramic view, for instance. The location is excellent and unbeatable, within a close distance from Mercado Municipal Market.

Large bed in double room with a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Perfect and magnificent location near the shops in one direction, the bus station in the morning and the city centre, a 4-6 minute walking distance from Museo Regional de Magallanes.

Dreadful views.

The breakfast was above average and good, they served it at the dining room. The room itself was brand-new, wonderful and had the things we needed. The staff were efficient, the location was great. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, shopping streets and a market next door.

fantastic location in the centre of town, knowledgeable staff, everything was nice. i was offered a room with spectacular views of the town. location: the hotel was adjacent to the waterfront. local fast food option lomito's was 10 minutes walk away.

Convenient early check-in and on-site parking. the double room was equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. - the hotel is located in a beautiful and stunning area in Punta Arenas, near downtown, the main square, and National Park.

Great location close to the bus station, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast with amazing views. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all of the main attractions. The staff provided excellent service and even arranged a taxi for my early morning flight. The breakfast on the top floor was a highlight of my stay, with fresh fruit and good scrambled eggs.

the high speed wifi everywhere, the location in middle of town, the super nice breakfast and very nice restaurant on top floor with wonderful view.

The hotel is getting rather old.. the bathroom if clean and still OK are very much 80's style now...the bath is definitely clean but not nice! Some of the lamps in my room were too old, not functioning and creating a power cut everytime I was touching them ! The old lift music loud and everywhere in the hotel, mostly next to the rooms in the corridor, is definitely awful and not to be done ! It was so loud I could hear it from my bed and this is just annoying at 2am. Just stop that, nobody cares about awful music in corridors!! and start renovating!

Modern clean and pleasant

Appalling noise from the 6th floor restaurant. Avoid floor 5 North at all costs - impossible to sleep.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a lovely view. Convenient location for restaurants and shops. Smooth airport pick-up service.

The hotel has a lovely dining room and lounge on the top floor which has a panoramic view of the town. my room was quiet and comfortable.

I thought this hotel was a bit expensive for what it offered.

The staff, very nice, friendly and helpful people. The room was nice too.

The frigobar was locked...didn´t understand why and forgot to ask. The breakfast could be better.

Good central location, spacious ground and 6th floor for relaxation, helpful front desk staff. Adequate rooms, not luxurious but well-maintained. Owners show care for the property. Comfy beds, tea/coffee amenities, lactose-free milk available at breakfast. English-speaking reception.
